At BrandCare, we are committed to processing and delivering your premium appliance care products as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping practices and delivery timelines below.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification email or SMS when your order has shipped. Note: During high-volume sale periods or national holidays, processing times may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping across India on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

  • Shipping Method: Standard Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (depending on your PIN code and state).

  • Cost: Free

Metro cities typically experience faster delivery times (3-4 days), while tier-2, tier-3 cities, and remote locations may take the full 5-7 days.

3. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey directly on our courier partner's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update with active status.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) If you select Cash on Delivery (if available), please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to receive the package and make the exact payment to the courier executive.

5. Undeliverable Packages (RTO) If a package is returned to us (Return to Origin) due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to pay COD, or multiple failed delivery attempts by the courier, our support team will reach out to you. If you request a re-shipment, additional shipping fees may apply. Please ensure your delivery address, landmark, and phone number are 100% accurate at checkout.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages We take great care in packaging our chemical products securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take clear photographs or an unboxing video, as these will be required to file a claim and issue you a rapid replacement.
