Return and Refund Policy
At BrandCare, we are committed to providing premium appliance care products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
1. Return Window We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns Due to the nature of our products (chemical descaling powders), strict hygiene and safety standards apply. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.

Unopened, with all original factory seals completely intact.

In its original packaging.
Note: We cannot accept returns of partially used boxes, opened packets, or items missing their original protective seals.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To expedite your claim, please provide an unboxing video or clear photographs of the damaged shipping box and the product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately via a free replacement or full refund.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs Unless the return is due to a BrandCare error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Pre-paid Orders (UPI/Cards/NetBanking): If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, refunds cannot be issued in cash. You will be asked to provide your bank account details or a secure UPI ID so we can transfer the refund amount directly to your account.
